Payment Options
We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express on our Web site. No COD's. Purchase Orders must be FAXED (800-844-0455), emailed (piecesoflearning@verizon.net) or mailed to us at the address below. Checks must be mailed to us. Please do not send cash.
Shipping and Handling
We ship most orders within 48 hours. Within the continental United States, orders are shipped via UPS Ground and, occasionally, by First Class Mail.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. are shipped by U.S. Mail. Please call for rates before ordering.

We strive to produce high quality products. However, if the product you ordered does not meet your needs, you may return it within 30 days. First, call for an authorization number. For full refund or credit - less shipping - return as follows: the product must be in saleable condition and must be accompanied by a copy of our invoice. Please explain reasons for your return.
